3. SMS / Text Messaging Privacy

Systema AI (operated by Sema Scale LLC, “we”) provides a messaging platform used by independent local contractors to follow up with consumers who request an estimate through a contractor's Systema AI website. When you submit an estimate request and opt in, you consent to receive SMS follow-up from the specific contractor you contacted, sent through our platform on that contractor's behalf.

No mobile information (including your phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

We use your mobile information solely to deliver the estimate-related messages you consented to receive. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We share data with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including Twilio (SMS delivery), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting), and Vercel (cloud hosting). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
• Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
• With your consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we may retain certain data for up to 90 days before deletion, unless a longer period is required by law. Lead and message data is retained for the duration of your subscription.

We use session cookies to authenticate you and keep you logged in. We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Service.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
